Statistical information about the campaign, which is awarded free of charge for games such as Grand Theft Auto V, Civilization VI, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection and ARK: Survival Evolved, was shared by the agency.

These figures brought the Epic Games Store a little closer to its biggest rival, Steam. Steam, the largest online gaming store for the computer, reached 95 million monthly users in 2019. The platform also hosts between 14 and 20 million simultaneous players.

Epic Games Store partners have a huge gaming audience to sell their games and, unlike other platforms, receive 88% of the revenue, not 70%.
